i can't tell you what i think about this one, because i have no idea what to think. but "national security" sure seems to be as often a euphemism for criminal acts BY our government as it is to guard against.

I hate this stuff. The idea that the tapes were being changed seems a little fuzzy—wouldn't the sound and shock wave of the blast have distracted the folks (unless the recording was done miles away from the cameras). The idea that there was a power failure at some point seems more likely.
I like the idea of incompetence. But, one never knows.
