bad rubbish

i'm guessing radioactive nuclear waste has fewer problems in its disposal than the body of the world's most ego-centric terrorist and globally-recognizable terrorist. unfortunately, you know that we had to grab the body, or the miscreants would deny we got him, so it had to go right onto the chopper with the team that made the shot. but it only gets complicated from there.

let's say you're commander in chief, or maybe you're advising the commander in chief, and you've got the macguffin right there on your carrier, and now you have to decide what's best to do with it. ironically, the need for respect is heightened, not lessened now that you've had your way, because the next phase, after irrefutable and publicize-able forensic identification is complete, is all about minimizing and mitigating retaliatory violence.

i'm impressed and satisfied with the choice today: full islamic burial, and at sea in an undisclosed location so there will be no identifiable place remaining.

you know there's no perfect solution, but that one seems right to me.

Exactly.

And a well done to those involved, from POTUS down to the helicopter mechanics.

Since I first heard this body-disposal procedure I have become convinced that it must have been planned long in advance: either we bring him back alive or conduct a proper Muslim sea-burial as soon as possible. And, yeah, I totally agree with my buddy, Cliff--Congrats to all! Well done!
