prior years whinging has been all about lack of cold and snow.  now they're getting it, and they're retreating like napoleon from maloyaroslavets *towards* moscow in their vain attempt to find france.

any wagers that the weekend after presidents day will return us to warm temperatures and, at best, a city full of slush?
